Here you will find the information on booking Coast to Coast for your event and a form you can print, email or fax. Also are a performance contract and wedding reception form you can print, email or fax.

Form should include any or all the following items that apply to your event booking.

Include the name of the Event or Group Name that is sponsoring the event. Please be sure to include the Event or Group Telephone Number. Also the Location of Event, Type of Event and the Approximate Number of Guest Attending. The General Ages of the event group can also be helpful in targeting the entertainment to a specific group. If you hav a Preferred Dress Code such as Formal, Semi Formal, Casual, or Other we can oblige. Please include Any Special Instructions you may have.
